Delatite Special Occasions is a small family-run business, located on the edge of Lake Eildon with views of Mount Buller, specialising in the finest sweet treats.
A qualified pastry chef, April-Ann has been producing sweet treats and jaw-dropping sugar creations for 27 years. April-Ann is president of the Cake Decorators Association in Benalla, a member of the Australian Cake Decorators Association Network and a proud and enthusiastic member of Mansfield Producers Inc.
Delatite Special Occasion’s range includes cakes, biscuits, artisan decorated cookies, mouth-watering macarons, award-winning fudge, stunning chocolate creations, and more. April-Ann is committed to using natural and local ingredients, sourcing a significant amount of ingredients within 200km’s of their home.
All fudges have a high chocolate content producing a rich, creamy texture and all fudges and macarons are Gluten free.
Fudge flavours include Jersey caramel, salted caramel, Butterscotch, toffee, vanilla, Ebony (Dark Coverture Chocolate), strawberries and cream, white choc and raspberry, Lime, passionfruit, liquorice, Espresso, Rocky road, Praline Hazelnut, toffee almond, Rum and raisin, after dinner mint, and Christmas fudge.
Macaron flavours are either a rich butter cream or ganache filling of Peppermint, strawberry, raspberry, vanilla, tiramisu, chocolate, Whipped salted caramel, lemon, peanut butter or Hazelnut Praline.
Rich fruit puddings – are made like “Nanna” used to make. Full of natural goodness, including Brandy. All puddings are hand mixed, individually cooked and wrapped – and are a family favourite!
