Delatite Special Occasions is a small family-run business, located on the edge of Lake Eildon with views of Mount Buller, specialising in the finest sweet treats.
A qualified pastry chef, April-Ann has been producing sweet treats and jaw-dropping sugar creations for 25 years. April-Ann is president of the Cake Decorators Association in Benalla, and is a member of the Australian Cake Decorators Association Network.
Delatite Special Occasion’s range includes cakes, biscuits, artisan decorated sugar and gingerbread cookies, award-winning fudge, stunning chocolate creations, and more. April-Ann is committed to using natural and local ingredients, sourcing a significant amount of ingredients within 200km’s of their home.
Delatite Special Occasions has won silver medals at the Australian Food awards 2016 and 2017 for its rich fruit pudding, and a bronze medal for both the jersey caramel fudge and vanilla fudge with caramel.
